First Step
Login using your Application number as username and your SURNAME as the password (capital letters)
Note the help tip or notice that is displayed on the screen. click anywhere on the screen to close it after reading
Note your
Academic Status
at the bottom of the screen. it should read
Admitted
for new students
The next step is to accept your admission by paying your
Acceptance Fee
Click on
Make Payment
menu item to proceed to make payment of acceptance fee
Another window opens to make payment. Read the instructions first
Click on
Acceptanct Fee
tab to proceed
Follow the steps until you get to where to pay using
Card or Transfer
Finalize your payment by clicking on appropriate button
Print your receipt by clicking on the appropriate button
You can also print your receipt later by looking for it using the
Payment Log
menu item
Notice that your Academic Status has changed to
Clearance Started
Second Step
After being moved to
Clearance Started
you now have access to screening menu
Click on the
Screening
menu
and start uploading necessary files
Fill all necessary areas including result checking scratch card details
Upload Files in their respective areas
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on
Request Clearance
button
You will no longer have access to this area of the portal unless your request is later rejected with reason(s)
You may have to wait for a while for your document to be verified and you get cleared
After being cleared... you are now ready to start making payments for other things like accommodation and school fees
After the payment of
School Fees
is the
Course Registration
. This is to be done every semester.
The department is responsible for letting the students know the list of course to be registered every semester

Accommodation and School Fees

If you have not made payment for your
Accommodation
you will be redirected from the
School Fees
payment page
Select appropriate percetange to pay if you are not making full payment
Follow the steps until you get to where to pay using
Card or Transfer

Print your receipt by clicking on the appropriate button
